LEGAL AND BACKGROUND ANALYSIS


Who will be entering your facility? This is a vital consideration. Because we employ our own staff, we maintain full control over who is assigned to your location. For this reason, we conduct county and national background checks, as well as I-9 verification, before approving any team member to begin working in your building.

HIRING OUR W2 SPECIALISTS

Every new hire participates in a detailed orientation program to become familiar with our organizational values, culture, policies, and expectations. During orientation, we cover our mission, safety procedures, and operational standards, building a strong foundation for each employee’s journey with us.
